SYSTEM COMPARISON NOTES
- STATIC: Uses static green durations configured in the roads parameters.
- DYNAMIC: Uses a queue-discharge model — vehicles are sorted front-to-back, each with a category-specific startup delay (Bike: 0.4s, Auto: 0.6s, Car: 0.5s, Truck: 0.8s, Bus: 0.9s). Green time accounts for cascading startup delays, travel-to-stopline time at category speeds, and junction clearance (1.2s). Final green = max(5s base, calculated discharge time), capped at set MAX green time.
- SYNCHRONIZATION: Both models spawn identical vehicles at the exact same lane entry points, allowing for side-by-side efficiency and wait-time comparisons.
